What is your Return policy?

We hope your new case is everything you dreamed it would be! if not, unused cases may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and in like-new condition.
Since our cases are made specifically for different e-reader models, we are not able to offer refunds. We recommend confirming your device model before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.
Are your cases water resistant?

Our e-reader cases are designed to handle everyday life and are water-resistant, but they are not waterproof. To keep your case looking its best, avoid submerging it in water and keep it away from oily products like sunscreen and lotions, as these can affect the printed artwork. Unfortunately, Cover Crush Co. cannot replace cases damaged by oil or liquid exposure.
